Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority! Please read our return policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Print-on-Demand Items

Since our products are made-to-order and fulfilled through Printify, we follow a specific return policy for all orders:

  1. Defective or Damaged Items
    • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
    • Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the item showing the issue.

  2. Size or Color Issues
    • Unfortunately, as all items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color choices unless the error was made during production.
    • To ensure the best fit, please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order.

  3. Order Changes or Cancellations
    • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, production begins, and we are unable to make changes.
  4. Non-Returnable Items
    • Personalized or custom items, and any items marked as final sale, cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email us at hankd37@gmail.com with the subject line “Return Request - [Your Order Number].”
  2. Provide a brief description of the issue and attach clear photos of the product.
  3. We will review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days with the next steps.


Skateboards are manufactured of sheets of laminated wood and can break under stress. Skateboard decks are not warranted and cannot be completely guaranteed by the manufacturers. Therefore, we do not allow any returns on broken or cracked skateboard decks.

However, we will replace skateboard decks under the following circumstances:

  • Skateboard was printed incorrectly. If the skateboard received by the customer does not match the design preview on the website, the skateboard will be considered as printed incorrectly. A perfect color match cannot be guaranteed since all computer monitors do not display colors in the same way.
  • Skateboard deck is returned within 30 days of receipt
  • Skateboard is still in shrinkwrap and un-skated
  • Skateboard grip tape has not been applied
  • Skateboard trucks, bolts, or stickers have not been applied
